(1) No one shall unauthorizedly open or cause to be opened the personal correspondence of any person except with the consent of the person concerned or with the order of an authorized officer in accordance with the law in force in connection with the investigation of any criminal offence.
(2) No person shall open, view or forward any other person's electronic mail (email).
